We worked with CCS students to create an agency within academia. Together, we have a true partnership that takes real client assignments into the classroom, and allows The Mars Agency to bring clients work from a unique voice. We're learning that the students teach us as much as we teach them.
At The Mars Agency, we give every newbie to the creative department a welcome kit to make them feel at home. It's more than a "get acquainted with us" too. Sure, there are "Dos" and "Don'ts", but it's more than that. It's a challenge to do your best. a reminder to Do Good Work, and let the rest take care of itself.
